How To Know If "He's Just Not That Into You"

By Patrick Daniels

From the preview, you may think that this is a "Chick Flick". Women want to run and see, men want to run in the opposite direction towards the Transformer movie. Although the movie is about relationships, and the unspoken rejections that go along with dating it has the humor and cast for both men and women.

Some of the top name actors in this film include, Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck and Drew Barrymore. Barrymore is the star of the film and gives us one of the films most hysterical lines about being rejected through 7 different technologies. The humorous part, would have to be the truth behind the statement!

The great things was that in addition to the humor, making light of sometimes awkward situations and painful dating issues, there was an underlying understanding to it all that struck home as more of relationship advice then something that you would find in a sitcom. However humorous each situation was it was addressed with a certain amount of compassion and understanding that can only come from someones own real life experiences. The quality of acting was good and although Aniston is not amazing, she pulls off her role in this film pretty well, and her and Affleck work well together so it is nice to see them paired up.

The film is based on a book, by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo. The adaptation of the book onto the big screen was a great way to allow people to laugh at their dating follies, or to just enjoy a romantic comedy that their husbands or boyfriends will not complain about afterwards.

He Is Just Not That Into You, Is one of those movies that you will watch ever time it is on. It have watched it 5 times already and it is funnier each time. I am constantly noticing or hearing new things that i did not noticed the times before. - 23815
