Seems that every person has their favorite kind of movie. Some fancy dramas, some are keen on chick flicks, many people enjoy a good documentary and of course there are the action movie fans amid us and then a few who will never miss a good horror movie. Dramas are pretty admired with most persons. Some of the best drama's from the past 20 years or so would consist of "Slumdog Millionaire" from 2008, "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" from 2004 from very recent, and "Schindler's List" from 1993, "American Beauty" from 1999, "The Shawshank Redemption" and "Forrest Gump" both from 1994, and of course, scores of others that there is no space to cite.
Horror movies are entertaining if you love to be frightened and a large amount of us do at times. Some classics that must be seen are "The Exorcist", "Silence of the Lambs" and "The Shining". Some more modern frightening flicks are "30 days of Night" and "The Saw' franchise movies. You can't let pass the "Friday the 13th" and "Halloween" movies. Stephen King has always scared the bejesus out of us so anything from him is generally really good.
Each person loves a first-class comedy. A movie that is a must see if you are an adult of course is "The 40 year old Virgin". Yes, you will laugh until you cry. Anything with Adam Sandler or Jim Carrey is customarily pretty hilarious. And all of the Saturday Night Live alumni make great movies. Check out Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in "Baby Mama" and anything by Will Farrell like "Blades of Glory" or "Semi-pro".
